Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.

Shipping time

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) from the date the order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.

Shipping cost

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

Shipping Destination

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Lost or Missing packages

Baumbach store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout.
