RETURNS POLICY

Our policy

We accept returns within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must comply with our policy:

-Your item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with tags and the original packaging included. You’ll also need the bill or proof of purchase.

-Sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions.

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you get a damaged or defective item, please refer to our returns guidelines.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Sale items

We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers and we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at [email protected] and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email.
